When you use AI features such as resume tailoring, cover letter generation, or the interview copilot, your inputs are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, via their secure API for processing.

We encrypt all data in transit to our AI provider and do not retain unnecessary copies of AI-processed content beyond what is required to deliver the results to you.

We share information with trusted third parties who help us operate the Service. Each is bound by contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations.

Depending on where you live, you have the right to:

Encrypted backups may persist for up to 90 days before being overwritten.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS), hashed passwords, secret-key rotation, access controls, and isolated production credentials. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential.

We use cookies and similar technologies for:
