Terms of Service

By accessing or using AI Job Agent, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

AI Job Agent provides AI-powered career automation tools including job aggregation from multiple sources, resume tailoring, cover letter generation, interview preparation, HR contact discovery, LinkedIn profile optimization, and application tracking. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice to paying subscribers for material changes.

To use our service, you must:

• • Be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding legal contract
• • Provide accurate and complete registration information
• • Maintain the security of your account credentials
• • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at contact@aijobagent.ai
• • Be responsible for all activities under your account

You agree NOT to:

• ✕ Use the service for any illegal purpose
• ✕ Submit false or misleading information, including falsified work history
• ✕ Impersonate any person or entity
• ✕ Interfere with the operation of the service
• ✕ Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• ✕ Use automated tools to scrape or collect data beyond what the Service provides
• ✕ Resell or redistribute our service or its AI-generated output without permission
• ✕ Upload malicious code, viruses, or content that infringes third-party rights

AI Job Agent is offered as a paid subscription service. Current pricing includes a monthly plan, an annual plan, and a 3-day free trial. All plans are billed in U.S. dollars through our payment processor, Stripe, Inc.

• • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until canceled. Your payment method will be charged at the start of each new period at the then-current price.
• • Free trial: The 3-day free trial requires a valid payment method. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the plan you selected.
• • Cancellation: You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• • Refunds: Except where required by law, all fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused time, or plan downgrades.
• • Price changes: We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price changes affecting your subscription.
• • Payment security: We do not store your full payment card details. Payment processing is handled by Stripe under their terms and privacy policy.

All content, features, and functionality of AI Job Agent (excluding User Content) are owned by AI Job Agent LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The "AI Job Agent" name and logo are trademarks of AI Job Agent LLC.

You retain ownership of all content you submit ("User Content"), including resumes, work history, cover letters, and personal information. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and use it solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service for you. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not infringe any third party's rights.

AI-generated output:

• • May contain errors, inaccuracies, or "hallucinations" (fabricated information)
• • Must be carefully reviewed, verified, and edited by you before use
• • Is provided only as a drafting aid, not as a guarantee of accuracy or results
• • Does not constitute legal, career, financial, or professional advice
• • Should never be submitted to employers without your personal review

You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all AI-generated content before submitting it to any employer or third party. We make no guarantee of interviews, job offers, employment outcomes, or the accuracy of any AI-generated content.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and others), payment processors (Stripe), email providers (SendGrid), and AI providers (Anthropic). We are not responsible for the content, terms, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we share information with these providers.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL HELP YOU OBTAIN A JOB, INTERVIEW, OR ANY SPECIFIC OUTCOME.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI JOB AGENT LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Job Agent LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party right.

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting contact@aijobagent.ai to request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete your User Content subject to our data retention practices described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at contact@aijobagent.ai and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
